Oreo Mummy Bites :)

     This is super easy to make. All it takes are three ingredients. Oreos, Cream Cheese and White Chocolate.

     Start with processing the Oreos (filling and all) until there are no more big pieces. 

     Add the cream cheese.

     Mix well together.

     Use your hands (make sure they're clean) to form the mixture into balls.

     Chill for 10 minutes.

     

     In the meantime, get some white chocolate.

     Melt.

     Take out the balls from the ref. Drop them one at a time into the chocolate to coat.

     Put them on greaseproof paper and let let set a bit.

     Enlist the help of your daughter to add the "eyes" of the mummies.

     Use remaining white chocolate to pipe lines all over the mummies. (I used a ziploc as piping bag)

     Again, let set then transfer to muffin/cupcake liners.
